Question re Answer in Official SMForum

We are currently using Version 2.0.8 (will be upgrading end Feb or Mar whenever the Admin from our sister site has time), and I have this odd stat showing up in my Stats Centre that identifies one post in 2011 and which I can't locate. Kindred posted the following in answer to my question about that:
as for your topic... look for the ID in the database (likely to be the first one in the smf_messages table) and then go to that.... index.php?topic=##### (where ##### is the id of the message form the messages table)
I have no idea what this means lol - can you help?

if you really dont know what that is, then i dont recommend you doing it. also cross posting elsewhere does not do anything to help those helping you there get your solution.

OK. It's confusing because you do have the link to this forum in your posts which to me seems like an invitation to come here and ask questions if we were having trouble understanding there. I will stick with the official forum.
