Hello,
How to replace search bar. I will place the adsense search bar there.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2201 and you may need to install it with version emulation. if you have issues with the mod use their support thread on the official forums.

It works for 2.0.2 or not.

reading the support thread will answer that for you, most likely it should with version emulation.

then you need to manually edit your theme, you would be best to ask further questions about this in the mods support thread so that the author of the mod can help you.

I have already try manually and did not find

then you need to compare the default themes template to your custom themes template and find where the code should go.

you need to check what is around that comment and find that area in your custom theme. there is nothing else we can do to help you as you should be asking the mod author for help as it is their mod.
