you can go in the code and change the css calls for that image and the call in the css, that is the only option that may help. since no one else has reported the issue i am not putting much effort into fixing it.

what button is not visible? sounds like an issue with the ad blocker not with the mod.

then you need to post to the theme author and ask where the code has to go. i dont have time to dig into responsive themes to make this work as they require a good bit of work to get it to work.

what theme are you using? it seems it would be highly modified which is keeping you from finding the code. you need to find where it should go in your file based on the default theme and add it.

then you need to manually install it on your theme.

so uninstall the mod, reinstall and be sure to check off your theme to install it on.

what do you mean the parser is not working? ideally when you install the mod it gives you the option to install it on your theme and does it then.

post.php maybe. i would be tempted to load clean files first and reinstall the mods to see if that helps as this could have an effect left over from an uninstalled mod that did not cleanly uninstall.

no our license does not stop the use of SMF for any use.

unless a user is banned there is no way to keep them from logging in.

without some details your question really does not have an answer. there is the license that SMF is released under that has to be followed.

which image is the one missing? you could also use your browser developer tools to inspect the missing image to see where it needs to go.
